How do I cancel my membership?

Since the membership period lasts one year from the month of enrollment, your membership will be canceled if you do not complete the renewal process.
If you wish to cancel your membership without waiting for the membership period to end, please contact us via ""Inquiries"".

■Regarding credit card automatic billing
When choosing a payment method at the time of enrollment, selecting ""Credit card payment"" will enroll you in a service that automatically bills the annual membership fee in the next fiscal year onwards.
Those with automatic credit card billing will have their membership automatically renewed after the 20th of the membership expiration month.
If you do not wish to continue your membership, complete the cancellation process via “My Page.”
Please note the automatic renewal can only be discontinued until the 20th of the expiration month. Your membership will automatically renew after that.
