My [comprehensive monthly payment plan] membership has expired. Can I still proceed with the continuation process?
A.

You can still complete the continuation process up to one month after your membership plan expires.
Please note that this period cannot be extended.

(Example) Expiration date of April 30, 2020 ⇒ continuation possible until May 31, 2020

Please note that if more than one month passes after the expiration of your membership, you cannot continue your plan with the same user information.
You may register as a new user, and your enrollment date will restart.
