Your login ID is the email address you used at the time of registration or Member number.

If it's difficult to check the email address, please contact support with the following items.
* If the information submitted is incorrect, it may lead to a delay in responding or may lead to no response.

- Full name (Kanji/phonetic)
- Date of birth
- Phone number (home/mobile)
- Address
- The email you used to register

For those enrolled in the monthly membership option
Please contact support with the following items.

4. enter network PIN
5. [usage details] →[automatic billing, account history summary]
6.  Please go to [details] to check the confirmation number (groups of 4 digits separated by hyphens for 12 digits total)
before contacting us.

1. Accesses au smartpass
*Search on the website, not the au smartpass app.
2. First, login with your au ID. Please tap ""login.""
3. Logs into your [au ID].
4. Tap either [au ID] at the upper right or [au membership information].
5. Tap [MENU] at the upper right.
6. Tap [continued services summary].
7. Tapping the name of the service will allow you to view its details.
8. Please let us know the 8~9 digit [automatic billing ID] displayed on this screen.
