I can't log in.

In the event that you can't log in, please check for the following:

- Errors when entering your information Have you entered your email address and/or password correctly?

- When you can't log in with your email address
Are you using a different email address from the one you registered with?
([[[icloud.com、yahoo.co.jp、gmail.com、i.softbank.jp、softbank.ne.jp]]], etc.)

- Problem with your computer
There can be many different scenarios, so please be sure to include information about the device you use (for computers, include your OS and browser type, for mobile devices, include the device tywhen filling out the contact form.

Is your device set to accept cookies?
If you are using security software or a firewall, please be sure to check the settings.
Depending on the device type, the wording or procedures may vary.  For details, please check your instruction manual.

Smart Phones: iPhone
Go to Settings, Safari, Privacy.  Make sure that Block Cookies is set to ""Allow from current website only"" or ""Always allow"".

Smart Phone: Android
Push the menu button, other, settings, privacy and security. Check that ""Accept Cookies"" is checked.

Browser: Internet Explorer
Tools, Internet Options, Privacy. Check that Internet Zone settings isn't set to lower than normal or high.

Browser: Safari
Safari Menu, Preferences, Security. Make sure that ""Cookies and website data"" is set to ""Allow from websites I visit"" or ""Always allow"".
