I made my payment but did not receive an email confirming that my registration was complete.

Email delivery time may vary depending on the payment method of the course you selected.

Payment by credit card or mobile phone carrier
A member registration confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address upon completing the registration process.   

Convenience store payment
A Member Registration Confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address within 150 minutes of payment.

In the event that you don't receive the confirmation email, please contact support with the information listed below.
* If the information submitted is incorrect, it may lead to a delay in responding or may lead to no response.

- Full name (Kanji/phonetic)
- Date of birth
- Phone number (home/mobile)
- Address
- Payment method (credit card/convenience store)
- Payment date

Due to spam filter settings, it's possible that the confirmation email may be sent to your spam folder. Please check that the following email hasn't been sent to another folder before contacting support.
